Grants & Contracts Financial Services
Grants & Contracts Financial Services is responsible for the financial management of sponsored projects. Our function is to ensure all sponsored funds are accounted for, recorded, and reported accurately and timely.
Services include and not limited to completing setups for new project IDs in UTShare PeopleSoft, processing award modifications in support for PIs and project sponsors. Additional services include preparing and submitting required financial reports to sponsors and resolving financial issues in partnership with Post-Award Administration. We also support and facilitate external and internal sponsor directed audits.
