National Night Out

National Night Out (NNO) is an annual nationwide community-building campaign that promotes strong partnerships between law enforcement agencies and the communities they serve. At UT San Antonio, this event offers a unique opportunity for students, faculty and staff to connect with the university's police department in a fun, welcoming environment that fosters dialogue, trust and community engagement.

The 2026 National Night Out celebration will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 6, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on the Student Union Paseo. The event will feature a variety of family-friendly activities, including live music, games, food, safety demonstrations and interactive booths hosted by campus departments and community partners. More than just an evening of entertainment, National Night Out is an opportunity to strengthen the sense of community that helps make our campus feel safe and supportive.
