Emergency Notification System
The UTSA Police Department has in place several emergency notification systems tailored to promptly alert the campus community during an emergency situation. We work closely with Risk and Emergency Management to help reduce vulnerability to hazards and to ensure the university is prepared to cope with disasters.
Our police leadership team frequently collaborates with Risk and Emergency Management leadership on planning, training, assessments and risk reduction. Emergency notification systems are vital to communicating important alerts and emergency response information to students, faculty and staff.
