Take an exercise break with any Group Exercise Class that fits your schedule and fitness goals. From Synergy to Pilates, Pilates Flow to Core Blast, Zumba, Ride 45 or Yoga, there's something for everyone who wants to get moving with group exercise.

You’ll find tables for creative activities, a dedicated quiet area for low-stimulation downtime, and food options that are familiar, mild, and enjoyable for many. Hot Shot and Free-Throw Challenge

Test your basketball shooting skills in our Hot Shot Challenge. Participants will have 60 seconds to score as many points as possible by shooting from different spots on the court. Each spot is worth 1 to 4 points. Choose your shots wisely and move quickly! Step up, take your shot, and see how many points you can rack up before the clock runs out!

Participants compete to  assumes position (chest over the circular pad).
Participants have to go all the way down to the pad and all the way up with arm extension for a push-up to count. Participants can stop for a few seconds before they keep on going but their opportunity ends once the minute ends.
