Loving Yourself with the LIBRE Model

Self-love is the foundation of growth. Individually or in a small group, participate in a short activity designed to help you take positive steps forward with confidence and clarity while building self-awareness.

Taking a five-minute break for yourself can make a big difference. We’ve prepared calming kits to help students learn a simple stress-relief technique. Stop by the office to pick up a small can of Play-Doh and spend a few minutes kneading your stress away.
