When Is My Tuition Payment Due?
Deadlines are listed by semesters, to include 16-week term, first 8-week term, second 8-week term and installment plans. You can view the payment deadlines below.
2025 Fall Payment Deadlines

| Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2025 (Census) | Students who remain unpaid by 5 p.m. will be removed from their classes. |
Reminder: Sunday, August 24 is the LAST day to withdraw from the regular 16-week term and receive a 100% refund of tuition and fees.

Reminder: Friday, October 17 is the LAST day to withdraw from the second 8-week term and receive a 100% refund of tuition and fees.
* All students (undergraduate and graduate) who do not make payment or payment arrangements by the dates listed for each term will be charged a $100 registration LATE payment fee. Multiple registration LATE payment fees may be applied.
Students with pending veteran certification or financial aid reviews as determined by the university may automatically receive an extension on their payment deadline. However, if eligibility for veteran benefits or financial aid is determined to be unlikely, students may be removed from their classes on the twentieth class day.
NOTE: All students (undergraduate and graduate) who do not make payment or payment arrangements by the FINAL due date may lose their registration.
