March 21 Marks Beginning of Racial Equity Habit Building Challenge

The 21-Day Racial Equity Challenge invites faculty and staff to complete a curriculum of daily short assignments, typically taking less than an hour a day.  The series will last five weeks, beginning the week of March 21, with group discussions occurring Friday afternoons from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm via zoom.

This afternoon, two different groups were present in the Central Plaza area sharing distinctive viewpoints, which resulted in confrontations between individuals. We will review and investigate these confrontations within the scope of our policies.

A message on student well-being

As the fall semester draws to a close, I believe it is important to reflect on recent events and reiterate our commitment to the well-being of all Roadrunners. The UTSA community is deeply saddened by the untimely deaths of two of our undergraduate students in unrelated incidents.
