How to Do Business With UTSA
If your company is a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB), contact the UTSA HUB Program Office at (210) 458-4060 for a sit-down meeting to review your goods and services, and to see how we can strategically market your company to the university.
If your company is not a HUB, you may submit information regarding your business goods and services directly to the Purchasing Department or call (210) 458-4060. They will keep promotional material on file for future procurement opportunities.
Centralized Master Bidders List (CMBL)
UTSA buyers and departments can access the statewide CMBL for listings of vendors that provide goods and services. HUB and non-HUB vendors are available. Companies may register for the CMBL on TPASS's web site. This is an online registration process and involves a fee.
Apply for HUB Certification
Visit our HUB Certifications web page to view eligibility requirements and instructions to become a HUB vendor. Vendors seeking certification as a HUB are required to submit a completed HUB certification application and supporting documentation to the statewide HUB Program.
The HUB Office is available to assist with the certification process. Please note UTSA is not the governing body to determine if a business is HUB certifiable. The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts governs this process.
