External Applicants

New Users

  • To search for positions, select from the menu options located on the left navigation menu.
  • To apply for a job, register for a new user account by clicking the New User  link located on the top navigation bar.

Returning Users

  • Click the Sign In link located on the top navigation bar, enter your username and password.

This enables you to:

  • Edit your existing account settings.
  • Apply for new jobs.
  • Review the status of positions you have applied to.
  • Email postings to a friend.

Internal Applicants

In Employee Self-Service, click on the UTSA Staff Careers. Search for current openings by keyword, location, department or job family.

Applicants can obtain information concerning accommodation in the application process by emailing the  ADA Coordinator.

Final candidates for employment must successfully pass a Criminal Background Check (CBC) as all positions at UTSA are security sensitive.

Annual Campus Security Report

Each year The University of Texas at San Antonio publishes the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act. This report contains crime statistics and on-campus housing fire statistics for the three most recent calendar years. The report includes institutional policies concerning campus security, alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, crime reporting, sexual assault, and other crime-related issues. You can obtain a copy of this report by contacting the Clery Compliance Coordinator at 210-458-4153 or by accessing the Clery Compliance website.
