The University of Texas System implemented a new cost saving plan for Medicare-eligible retirees and dependents. Administered by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX), the UT CARE™ Medicare PPO plan is designed to provide coverage for the care you need, encourage you to maintain your good health, and help you manage your health care costs.
