To prepare for your advising appointment, it would be good to review your DegreeWorks plans and major requirements in the Undergraduate Catalog for the year in which you started at UTSA. Write down any questions you may have for your advisor regarding degree program tracks, career options, and professional interests. Remember, this is a collaboration. Your academic advisor is a resource and a partner in your academic career, but you are the one who ultimately makes the academic decisions.
