FAQs

The quickest way is with a tracking number.

A tracking number is a unique group of numbers, or letters combined with numbers, assigned by the third-party carrier to identify your package.

Go to the third-party carrier's website, and enter the tracking number for a detailed delivery status report. The status report will provide a detailed summary status of where the package is located with time, date and location.

If it was a ground delivery service, you will receive the package within two business days. If you need to receive the package sooner, let us know by sending an email to Central Receiving Warehouse or calling 4019, and we will make every effort to accommodate you.

Frozen and refrigerated packages are processed first. Other priority packages are delivered the same day.

When goods and services are received the department, the PO creator is responsible for creating the receiving report.
