Know When You Get Paid

We provide the following pay day calendars to keep you apprised of when you can expect your pay check. These are updated every fiscal year.

Payroll Check Pickup

Employees not enrolled in direct deposit must pick up their payroll checks in person at Fiscal Services, located on the academic Main Campus in the John Peace Library (JPL 1.02.02), on or after the designated pay date.

You can pick up your check Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., (excluding university holidays). A photo ID is required to pick up your check. Your check will be cancelled if it is not picked up within 180 days. You will need to contact Payroll to request a reissued check.
