Services offered by the Employee Success Center

The Employee Success Center offers training opportunities for all UTSA employees. The following services are provided:

  • Classroom trainings
  • Leadership training
  • Customized workshops
  • Training support for team retreats
  • Webinars
  • Online learning modules
  • Training needs assessments for individuals or teams on campus
  • Change management support for managers and their teams
  • Support for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
  • Referrals for training resources

MyTraining is a Learning Management System that houses information related to training, including course registration and attendance tracking. Visit MyTraining to search current offerings. If you do not find what you are looking for, please submit a service request or email the Employee Success Center. If you are leading a training for your department and need it entered into MyTraining, please submit a ticket via ServiceNow.

Online Learning

The Employee Success Center partners with Subject Matter Experts at UTSA and with Deer Oaks, our Employee Assistance Program, to provide various opportunities for online learning. Customized Learning Modules

Our team works closely with university Subject Matter Experts to design and customize online learning modules. If you are interested in customized online learning modules for your department or team, please email the Employee Success Center. Our Instructional Designer will contact you regarding next steps.

LinkedIn Learning

UTSA Students, Faculty, and Staff have access to LinkedIn Learning, an on-demand learning solution to help you gain new skills and training to advance your career!

Compliance Training

All UTSA employees are required to complete annual compliance training. The purpose of annual compliance training is to ensure that all employees have the knowledge needed to comply with general university polices and relevant state/federal laws, as well as to promote a welcoming and inclusive campus for the entire Roadrunner community.
