Services Offered by Talent Management
Talent Management facilitates training opportunities for all UTSA employees. The following services are provided:

- Training needs assessments for individuals or teams on campus
- Change management support for managers and their teams
- Support for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Referrals for training resources
MyTraining is a Learning Management System that houses information related to training, including course registration and attendance tracking. Visit MyTraining to search current offerings. If you do not find what you are looking for, please submit a service request or email Talent Management. If you are leading a training for your department and need it entered into MyTraining, please submit a ticket via ServiceNow.
Online Learning
Talent Management partners with Subject Matter Experts at UTSA and with Deer Oaks, our Employee Assistance Program, to provide various opportunities for online learning. Visit MyTraining to search topics of interest. Can’t find what you are looking for? Reach out to Talent Management .
Customized Learning Modules
The Talent Management team works closely with university Subject Matter Experts to design and customize online learning modules. If you are interested in customized online learning modules for your department or team, please email Talent Management. Our Instructional Designer will contact you regarding next steps.
LinkedIn Learning
UTSA Students, Faculty, and Staff have access to LinkedIn Learning, an on-demand learning solution to help you gain new skills and training to advance your career!
Compliance Training
All UTSA employees are required to complete annual compliance training. The purpose of annual compliance training is to ensure that all employees have the knowledge needed to comply with general university polices and relevant state/federal laws, as well as to promote a welcoming and inclusive campus for the entire Roadrunner community.
Employees are notified by email of this requirement and the due date for completion. Visit Institutional Compliance and Risk Services for more information.
Microcredentials
