Applications Now Open for Wondr Weight Loss Program
‘Runners, kick off the summer by taking strides toward meeting your health and weight loss goals with the Wondr program, available to UT SELECT plan members.
Wondr is a skills-based digital weight loss program that teaches the science of health and nutrition, helping you learn techniques to change your relationship with food and achieve sustainable results. The program is clinically proven to help you lose weight, stress less, sleep better and improve your overall health.
The program begins July 10, and you can apply between June 12-25. Space is limited, so be sure to apply today!
The program is available at no cost to all UT SELECT members, as well as their spouses and dependents age 18 or older, who have not started a class within the last 12 months.
