Authorized Requestors
Department Authorized Requestors
Department authorized requestors are individuals designated by the department to submit access requests for employees within the same department. Authorized requestors can add requestors, change door schedules, request card access or mechanical keys and request door reports. We recommend that departments have at least two authorized requestors since an authorized requestor cannot request access for themselves.

Adding a New Requestor
Departments must fill out and submit the Authorized Requestor Form for an additional employee to be added as an authorized requestor. Email Security Services to request the form.
