What Is a Department Authorized Requestor?

Department authorized requestors are individuals designated by the department to submit access requests for employees within the same department. Authorized requestors can also add additional requestors, change door schedules, request card access or mechanical keys, and request for door reports. We recommend that departments have at least two authorized requestors since an authorized requestor cannot request access for themselves.

How Do I Add a New Requestor?

Departments must fill out and submit the Authorized Requestor Form to request for you to be added as an authorized requestor. Once you complete the form, return it to us via email.
