Fuel Your Future
March is National Nutrition Month, an annual campaign created by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. UTSA Wellness invites faculty and staff to learn about making informed food choices and developing healthy eating and physical activity habits.
Remember that at every stage of life, it’s never too early or late to eat healthy! The benefits of healthy eating add up over time, bite by bite, and small changes matter. Learn more about nutrition through one of our upcoming webinars
