People Excellence’s Bold New Journey new hire orientation program welcomed 50 new employees to UTSA in September. Bold New Journey is typically held on the first three Mondays of each month. Participants learn about the university’s history and future, employee benefits, helpful resources and services, and important instructions and guidelines to ensure a positive and successful experience as a new employee.
Bold New Journey's mission is for new hires to leave orientation armed with the "Three Es": to feel EXCITED about their journey at UTSA, EQUIPPED to successfully start their new job and EMPOWERED to make a positive impact.
