How to Pay Your Credit Card

Once the charges on your card are reconciled, your department manager assigns you (or someone else within your area) to enter the charges on your statement into PeopleSoft.

To pay your credit card via a Non-PO voucher, provide the credit card statement, invoices, packing slips, purchase and travel authorizations, service agreements, documented vendor and foreign hold status to the person responsible for accounts payable in your department. Non-PO vouchers are due by the 20th of the month, unless otherwise published due to holidays or end of fiscal year activities.
