Activate My Card

Activate and Register Your One Card

To activate your card, enter the URL listed on the removal label on the front of the card. You will be directed to a secure Citibank web page (HTTPS), where you can also register your card so that you can download statements and view unbilled transactions, pending authorizations and declined transactions.

You are required to input your verification ID (last 4 digits of your EMPLID) and select a PIN to complete the card receipt verification process. The PIN may be required to complete the transaction at the point of sale. The PIN replaces the signature and is a more secure payment method that provides protection from fraud.
