Department Manager Responsibilities
Understanding Your Role as Department Manager
You as a department manager are responsible for reviewing and approving all card charges. If at any point, administrative tasks are delegated, you retain primary responsibility for validating appropriate usage of card and ensuring the payment to Citibank is processed by the published university deadlines.
Furthermore, you may not delegate approvals to other administrative staff members of new card requests or changes made to credit limits.
