Financial Aid Project Monitoring

Grant Accounting Provides Project Management Support

We provide support to Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships through project management of Federal Work-Study (FWS), PELL, SEOG, TEACH and Direct Loans.

Grant Accounting is responsible for:

• Project activation in PeopleSoft
• Reconciliation of projects between general ledger, Banner and payroll distribution report (PDR) for FWS
• Drawdown of funds via G5
• Reporting via G5 or other state entities
• Audit support for Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (SEFA) audit and federal annual single audit
