Financial Aid Project Monitoring

Grant Accounting Provides Project Management Support

We provide support to Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships through project management of Federal Work-Study (FWS), PELL, SEOG, TEACH and Direct Loans.

Grant Accounting is responsible for:

Project activation in PeopleSoft
Reconciliation of projects between general ledger, Banner and payroll distribution report (PDR) for FWS
Drawdown of funds via G5
Reporting via G5 or other state entities
Audit support for Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (SEFA) audit and federal annual single audit
