February 29, 2024

National Nutrition Month

National Nutrition Month is an annual campaign established by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. This year’s theme is Beyond the Table, which addresses the farm-to-fork aspect of nutrition, from food production and distribution to navigating grocery stores and farmers markets, as well as home food safety and storage practices.

Below, explore local, on-campus and employee resources to help you learn about where you can find the healthiest foods and how you can make the best nutrition choices.
