Using Your One Card for Hospitality and Entertainment

Special event privileges allow the purchase of certain restricted businesses and goods and services in support of business-related hospitality. Using your One Card for such items must be related directly to or associated with the active conduct of official UTSA business. Examples include (but not limited to): providing meals, light refreshments or entertainment, including food items, catering, beverages, floral arrangements, paper or plastic service ware, and related costs. If you want to add business-related hospitality and entertainment entitlements to your One Card, send a Card Maintenance Request form (select “Special Events”) using DocuSign* with appropriate approvals to Credit Card Administration. We may ask for additional information upon receipt of the request.
