Temporarily Deactivate Card

How do I Temporally Deactivate My One Card?

To temporarily deactivate cards to reduce the risk of unauthorized purchases during periods of extended leave, such as FMLA, educational experiences or sabbaticals, you should follow these steps:

Fill out the Card Maintenance Request (CMR) form
- Select temporary deactivation of card
- Enter the beginning and end dates
- Enter the reason
Route for approval using DocuSign®* and submit the form to Credit Card Administration
