Directions for Access
Follow the instructions below to register for the UT Living Well platform.
- Go to the UT Living Well registration site.
- Click Create Account. Be sure to have your BCBS insurance card, as you will need to enter your 8-digit Benefits ID (BID). Your BID can be found on the left side of your UT SELECT ID card, immediately following the UTS0 prefix.
- Follow the remaining prompts to register.
- Once you are logged in to the platform, get started by completing the voluntary, confidential ONE Health Assessment. Your results will help you learn about your strengths, identify areas of improvement and personalize your program experience.
- Earn rewards by participating in activities.
- Scroll down to find resources, events, recommendations and on demand content to help you meet your wellness goals.
Disclaimer: The UT Living Well platform powered by WebMD ONE is available to UT SELECT members (including employees, retirees and dependents) ages 18 and over.
