Register to receive your electronic W-2. Electronic W-2s are more secure and available much sooner than paper W-2s. Instructions can be found here: W-2 Online Consent Instructions.

W-2s for employees who terminated during the calendar year will be mailed to the mailing address on file in PeopleSoft no later than January 31. Please review your mailing address to ensure accuracy.

In order to allow USPS ample time to return undeliverable W-2s to UTSA, please wait until after February 14 to request a duplicate W-2.
